"I purchased car insurance from this office in January. I was not issued my official insurance for more than 2 months. Then, the office issued me two insurance policies for the same vehicle, charging me double. I have called this office and the main state farm number over 7 times and it is still not resolved. After I was assured by the office that it was resolved, I was charged more than triple for insurance one month. I am very disappointed in this office and in State Farm in general. I have no confidence that this company would pay for any claims if I am unlucky to have any in the future. I can't even file a complaint on BBB as it seems they are not BBB accredited."
