"State Farm is perfectly fine. This office is really poor. After error on my policy I called to ask to schedule a meeting with Mr. Niewierowski to discuss our coverage as well as financial planning. The errors made me want to set down and go over all our coverage and make sure we are OK. I was told that he is a very busy man and unavailable to have meetings wit his clients. I'm out. I changed agents today."

"Worst office I've ever dealt with. I've moved and been to plenty of offices. This one just takes the cake. Spent months trying to transfer from Tennessee state farm to here. Kept getting calls from Tennessee about insurance there still after transferring, paperwork here not being put in, not sending bills or setting up automatic payments after we set it up multiple times. Kept billing Tennessee address when we never gave them the old address, but sent other documents to new address. Claimed we owed 1500$ from their mistakes on not billing us. The entire issue caused me to leave state farm entirely, which I loved. I called progressive and got the same insurance for 200$ less per month. The worker Sean here is incompetent, and the women we've dealt with before we're as well who don't seem to be there anymore that we could see. The entire office just seems to train and feed from each other. Go anywhere else for a better job done."

"I purchased car insurance from this office in January. I was not issued my official insurance for more than 2 months. Then, the office issued me two insurance policies for the same vehicle, charging me double. I have called this office and the main state farm number over 7 times and it is still not resolved. After I was assured by the office that it was resolved, I was charged more than triple for insurance one month. I am very disappointed in this office and in State Farm in general. I have no confidence that this company would pay for any claims if I am unlucky to have any in the future. I can't even file a complaint on BBB as it seems they are not BBB accredited."
